November Meeting
Our Members’ Meeting was an opportunity to share our stories and memories, as well as food and drink. There was a festive, family history quiz and activities as well to keep us busy and start conversations. Although we live in and around Wisbech now, we are a diverse bunch with far flung roots (so our cumulative expertise is not only about Fenland).
Members meetings are always a pleasure; slightly less formal than a presentation night, and you never know where the conversations will lead.
This evening led to an article for the journal about a woman with an amazing story – read all about Eliza Ann Dickinson in Ag Lab Chronicles 59.
