Fenland Family History Society will be holding their Annual Family History Day on Saturday 28th September 2013 in St Peter’s Church Hall, Wisbech. The day runs from 10:00 – 16:30. There is Free Parking available.

This year there is so much more to help and aid your family research.Not only can you meet and chat to fellow family historians, swap ideas and glean new ideas but we have arranged a base in WISBECH LIBRARY where Martin EDWARDS will be able to offer help on-line with your MILITARY RESEARCH including ROLL of HONOUR nd Commonwealth WAR GRAVES. Also in the library will be Alison ENGLAND with her team giving talks on getting the most out of computer research.

A new addition this year is in WISBECH MUSEUM where one of Fenland FHS’s experienced researchers will be based in the Museum to help and guide you as to what is available in the Museum.

In St PETER’S CHURCH HALL there will be a team of experienced on hand to do look ups and help you with your research as well as great favourites Tom DOIG. Who will be dating your old photographs, and Brian JONES, offering guidance with that brick wall etc.

Fellow family history societies from around the EAST ANGLIA REGION will also be in attendance bringing along their stands with many books and items for sale also their experienced researchers who will be willing to help you with your research.

Refreshments are available in the St Peter’s Hall.

What more could a family historian want for a great day out!
